At Diamond S Longhorns in Purcell, the heart of Oklahoma, beautiful longhorn cattle peacefully graze on 110 rolling acres. Owned and operated by Marc and Catherine Sacre, their daughters Margot and Pauline, Diamond S Longhorns goal is breeding and raising longhorn cattle with excellent conformation, great color, disposition, and of course long horns. That’s why we gathered a band of brood cows that carry in their pedigree the names of the best bloodlines in the longhorn industry. We own daughters of Tabasco, Dixie Creole, Shadowizm, Houston, GF G-Man, Superman, J.R. 6-Gun, Zhivago, Cherrypicker, and Watson 167 to name a few. Our main herd sire is Kelo Chex BL 039 out of the fine and famous breeding program from Bob Loomis. Kelo Chex is already a proven producer with several sons and daughters that surpassed the 70" mark. He throws wild colored calves, lots of blue ones, and they have great horns, conformation and disposition. When you go to the bull page and click on "Offspring," you will see some examples of what this fine bull is able to produce; his sons and daughters are outstanding in every way. We will use him this year on all our cows and heifers to have a full calf crop in 2009 by him. This year our embryo program includes Bonita Scott and Treaty, both flushed to the great horn producing Awesome Viagra who sired the high selling lot at this year’s Legacy Sale. Other bulls that will sire calves this year are Boomdaro ET 15, PCC Ascender, Phenomenon, PCC Detonator, J.R. Premium, J.R. Grand Unlimited. J.R. Rebel, Shadowizm and the great J.M. Sue.
